Overview
Take a scenic drive out to the Hood River Valley, while enjoying the breathtaking views of the Columbia River Gorge and the Hood River Valley.
The views of the meandering hills and fruit orchards of the Hood River upper valley have been compared to that of Tuscany, with ever-changing light and colors, it’s like a painting in motion. You will also have time to explore downtown Hood River and, if time permits, take a stroll along the Columbia River.
Details
Approximately 8 hour guided tour
Departure time is 9:00 am (can be adjusted if necessary)
Pick-up at hotel if located in downtown Portland or meet at central location downtown.
Tour of downtown Hood river and riverfront park
Visit to alpaca and lavender farms
Visit to several farm stands and local pie/gift shop
Lunch a winery
Stops at stunning lookout points in Oregon and Washington

Drive to Hood River is approximately 1 hour. Fruit loop is in the Upper Hood River Valley, East of Hood River, towards Mt. Hood.
